— Unnamed goron, Four Swords Adventures |
A dodongo that has grown into advanced stages of adulthood. A dodongo which has grown to this size has always managed to grow four legs, as it couldn't even hope to move on just two. Not only is it as much as double the size of the more common dodongo, but it has begun to incorporate rocks or even gemstones into its body. This only makes its sturdy scales even more impenetrable. This rocky body, a rolling attack, and newfound habit of ingesting gemstones—all traits shared by gorons—gives this stage the sometimes-used moniker "dongorongo."
This monstrous dragon is the nightmare of any small town. Even a small militia may be unable to take it down before it burns and crushes the hamlet in search of evermore food for its hulking frame.
Environment: Caves, Ruins, Volcanic
