Brute. A melee weapon deals one extra die of its damage when the dinolfos hits with it (included in the attack).

Standing Leap. The dinolfos' long jump is up to 20 feet and its high jump is up to 10 feet, with or without a running start.

Actions

Multiattack. The dinolfos makes one longsword attack and one attack with its lizal gauntlet.

Lizal Gauntlet. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) bludgeoning damage.

Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8 + 4) slashing damage, or 15 (2d10 + 4) slashing damage if used in two hands.

Fire Breath. (Recharge 5-6). The dinolfos exhales fire in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 17 (5d6) fire damage on a failed save and half as much on a success.

Reactions

Parry.

“A highly intelligent lizard warrior. They are masters of swords and axes and can nimbly block attacks. Some even breathe fire.”
Encyclopedia

The reptilian dinolfos or dynalfos towers a solid foot over most other humanoids, even while hunched over. Its scales are a deep green color, with accents of brown and pale yellow. Distinctly among its lizal kin, an array of thorny spines run from its scalp down its back to the tip of its tail.
Prestegious Brutes. The dinolfos subrace is often considered among lizal race to be of the highest status. They are physically powerful, of greater size than most, relatively intelligent, and even wield the rare capability to exhale fire. Usually, only rare mutants like dark dinolfos can hope to exceed the prestige a dinolfos has over its kin.
Prowlers of Marshes and Magma. Dinolfos generally prefer hot environments, seemingly due to their cold-blooded nature, and possibly related to their fiery breath. They seem to equally prefer tropic jungles alongside geru, and arid deserts among electric lizalfos.
Humanoid Hunters. To a dinolfos, mammalian humanoids are considered little more than meat—prey it would attack on sight, even if it isn’t hungry. Infamously, a dinolfos has been known to literally roast and consume hylian children with its fiery breath.
     Environment: Desert, Hills, Ruins, Volcanic
