Shocking Cloak. Any creature which touches or grapples the electric keese takes 3 (1d6) lightning damage and must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or drop everything they're holding and become paralyzed until the start of the keese's next turn.

Illumination. The electric keese sheds bright light in a 5-foot radius and dim light for an additional 5 feet.

Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the electric keese has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.

Actions

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4) piercing damage and the target is exposed to the keese's shocking cloak.

“The electricity that engulfs the bodies of these bat-like keese makes them more dangerous than the standard type. They're capable of shocking anything they touch.”
— Hyrule Compendium, Breath of the Wild

The body of this keese is eternally crackling with arcs of electricity. It behaves much like other more common keese, but its ability to stun prey makes it particularly dangerous when fought alongside other monsters.
They are most abundant in dry climates and deserts, especially the Gerudo region. Lightning storms or any exposed electricity tends to attract these keese, or any normal turn keese in the area into this form.
Environment: Caves, Desert, Grassland, Hills, Ruins
