Cold Cloak. Any creature which touches or grapples the ice keese takes 3 (1d6) cold damage and must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or become petrified until the start of the keese's next turn.
Sunlight Sensitivity. While in sunlight, the ice keese has disadvantage on attack rolls, as well as on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight. | |||||
Actions Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4) piercing damage and the target is exposed to the keese's cold cloak. |

The body of this keese is eternally sparkling with white mist and sparkling snowflakes. Although less common than fire keese, this elemental form is even more dangerous as it can freeze a person solid with sheer magical cold.
They are most often found in arctic regions, inside icy caverns, or near the peaks of snow-capped mountains.
