Gleaming Haste. The skulltula can take 3 actions on each of its turns.

Spider Climb. The skulltula can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Web Walker. The skulltula ignores movement restrictions caused by webbing.

Actions

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d6) poison damage plus 7 (2d6) radiant damage.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) bludgeoning damage and if the target is a Medium or smaller creature, it must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Bonus Actions

Web (Recharge 5-6). Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one creature. Hit: The target is restrained by webbing. As an action, the restrained target can make a DC 11 Strength check, bursting the web on a success. The web can also be attacked and destroyed (AC 10; hp 5; fire damage is maximized; immunity to bludgeoning, poison, and psychic damage).

Web Descent. While climbing on a ceiling, the skulltula can use its bonus action to silently descend up to 100 feet using the using a rope of web it creates. This web can also be attacked and destroyed with the same statistics.

Reactions

Gleaming Resistance. If the skulltula would fail a saving throw, as a reaction it can repeat the saving throw and use the new result if it is higher.

“A golden, glittering skulltula that clings to dungeon walls. Its nocturnal nature may also drive it to hide in boxes and jars. ... Defeating them rewards Links with items that vary by title.”
Encyclopedia

Golden monsters are exceptionally powerful compared to their more common counterparts, and many are thought to be mere myths. Golden skulltulas appear to be the most common golden monster by far, strangely. The golden exoskeleton of these monsters is highly sought by collectors.
