You conjure a large chunk of ice above a creature in range and drop it upon them. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 1d12 bludgeoning damage plus 1d12 cold damage. On a successful save, the target only takes 1d4 piercing damage from the shards of shattering ice.
Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it. For every extra point, add 1d12 cold damage.
