This oblong, fist-sized seed has a bark-like exterior cracked apart by a gleaming golden crack which runs down the middle. These nuts are much less abundant than they once were, and the few which still exist are often treasured among deku scrubs and kokiri.
As an action, you can throw this deku nut anywhere within 30 feet of you. Upon impact, the nut breaks open with a tremendous flash of light, irrevocably destroying the nut itself. Any type of keese within 5 feet of the impact is instantly killed, and any other creature within 5 feet must make a DC 13 Constitution save.
On a failed save a creature is blinded and stunned for up to 1 minute, but repeats this saving throw at the end of each of its turn, ending the effect on itself on a success. If an affected creature takes damage, the conditions end after the damage is dealt.
