3-point evocation
Casting time:  1 action
Range:  Self (20-foot cone)
Components:  V, S
Duration:  1 round

A vortex of flames swirls forth from mouth or hands, forming a 20-foot cone originating from you. Each creature in the cone must make Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 2d6 damage and is ignited for 2d6 fire damage until the end of your next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't ignited. Any creature that reduces or resists the initial fire damage isn't ignited.
Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it.  For each extra point expended, the initial damage increases by 1d6, and the cone's size increases by 20 feet.
