This fire does not harm you or any creatures you designate but incinerates all other creatures and objects in a 30-foot radius centered on you. Any affected target must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking 10d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.
     Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it.  The damage increases by 1d6 for each extra point expended.
