Components:  S, M (a melee weapon)
Duration:  1 minute

If you've used your action to hit a creature in range with a melee weapon attack, you can use this bonus action to spark that creature with flames. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or be ignited for 1d6 fire damage for the duration.
     Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it. For every 3 extra points expended, the damage increases by 1d6.
