If this turn you've used your action to hit a creature in range with a melee weapon attack or an unarmed strike, you can use this bonus action to spark that creature with flames. The target is ignited for 1d6 fire damage for the duration, unless the target has resistance to fire damage.
On the turn you cast this spell, you can't use your action to cast a spell other than a cantrip.
Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it. For every 3 extra points expended, the ignited damage increases by 1d6.
