This magic scale mail was forged from hide from a legendary dragon named blizzagia. While wearing it, you have resistance to cold damage.

The armor has 5 charges. As a bonus action, you can expend 1 charge to do one of the following:

• Gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage until the start of your next turn
• Gain a burrow speed of 20 feet until the start of your next turn
• Gain immunity to cold damage until the start of your next turn.

The armor regains 1d4 + 1 charges daily at dawn. A creature can use its action to touch this armor and expend 3 magic points to restore one charge.
