This magical blue tunic was created by sea zora for their hylian allies. While wearing this traveler's tunic, you can breathe both air and water. Your body is also protected from any water pressure that would result from deep sea diving.
Because the zora tunic is so lightweight, you can wear it under or over one more set of armor to still gain its benefits without using its AC.
