This pickly green fruit is about the size of your thumb, and its humble appearance belies a horrific power. You can use your bonus action to consume it. Doing so fills your sense of taste with such overwhelming bitterness that you can't help but scream in horrific agony. Any creature in a radius of 120 feet that can hear you must make a Wisdom saving throw. The DC is 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier. A creature takes 3d12 psychic damage on a failure, or half as much on a success.
A forewarned creature can cover its ears to prevent taking this damage.
