Your touch engulfs a creature in a burst of flames, propelling it down into the ground. Make a melee spell attack against a creature you can touch. On a hit, the target takes 1d12 fire damage, is knocked prone, and can't make an opportunity attack until the start of its next turn.
Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it. For each extra point, increase the fire damage by 1d12.
