3-point conjuration
Casting time:  1 action
Range:  60 feet
Components:  V, S
Duration:  Concentration, up to 1 minute

Ghostly hands reach up from the ground to grab hold of a grounded creature in range that you can see. The target must succeed on a Strength saving throw or take 2d6 necrotic damage and be restrained for the duration. While the target is restrained, on subsequent turns you can use your action to constrict the ghostly hands, dealing another 2d6 damage to the target with no save. The target can use its action to repeat this saving throw, ending the spell on a success.
Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it.  For each extra point, add 1d6 necrotic damage.
