Range:  Self (60-foot cone)
Components:  V, S
Duration:  Instantaneous

A gigantic, glowing detonation of malice—pure hatred in a physical form—blasts into what lays before you. Each creature in a 60-foot cone originating from you must make a Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 4d8 necrotic damage plus 4d8 force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
     Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it.  For each extra point, add either 1d8 necrotic damage or 1d8 force damage (your choice).
5th-level evocation
Casting time:  1 action
Range:  Self (60-foot cone)
Components:  V, S
Duration:  Instantaneous
