A vortex of flames swirls forth from mouth or hands, forming a 20-foot cone originating from you. Each creature in the cone must make Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 6d6 damage and if this damage isn't reduced or resisted, the creature is also ignited for the duration. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't ignited.
Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it. For each extra point expended, the initial damage increases by 1d6, and the cone's size increases by 5 feet.
