This magic partial armor is a fluffy coat with white and violet accents. One of these is sometimes crafted by anouki for their friends and allies. While wearing it, you treat slippery ice as normal terrain, and can have resistance to cold damage.
Because the anouki parka is so lightweight, you can wear it under or over one more set of armor to still gain its benefits without using its AC.
