Duration:  Instantaneous

Bolts of thunderous lightning rain down from the sky all around you. Any creature other than you in a sky-high, 60-foot-radius cylinder must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 7d6 lightning damage plus 7d6 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.
     Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it.  For each extra point, add 1d6 lightning damage and 1d6 thunder damage.
7th-level evocation
Casting time:  1 action
Range:  Self (60-foot-radius cylinder)
Components:  V, S
Duration:  Instantaneous

     At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 8th level or higher, add 1d6 lightning damage and 1d6 thunder damage for each slot level above 7th.
