This magic cloth armor features fuzzy patches resembling certain large cats. While wearing it, your walking speed increases by 10 feet. If after this increase your walking speed is less than 60 feet, it becomes 60 feet.
You can also communicate with any feline beast in a mutually-understood magical language understood only by you and felines.
Because the cheetah costume is so lightweight, you can wear it under or over one more set of armor to still gain its benefits without using its AC.
