This magic rod features a tip of two green life-like extrusions. As an action, you can hold the rod overhead and cause the two leaves to spin rapidly with magic force. This action surrounds your immediate vicinity with forceful winds, and propels you directly upward 10 feet. Any creature within a 10-foot radius of you must succeed a DC 13 Strength save or take 1d6 bludgeoning damage, be pushed up to 10 feet directly away from you, and fall prone. A Large or larger creature has advantage on this save.
If you hold this rod while falling, you take two fewer damage dice (usually 2d6) from the fall.
