This hood bears the visage of a friendly-looking cow. While wearing it, others see and treat you as an adult version of yourself if you have not yet reached maturity. Creatures who can see through illusions or who resist enchantment ignore this effect.
This mask seems to make milk unusually nutritious. If you drink a full bottle of milk (costing at least 10 rupees) during a short rest while wearing this mask throughout, you regain an extra 1d4 heart points from that rest.
