Wondrous item (seed), rare minor This magic seed is of a pale green or blue color, and has a shape reminiscent of a feathered wing. It contains mystical power that can be released in one of three ways, causing different effects.
- You can use the seed as ammunition for a blowgun or slingshot. When it damages a creature, the seed is destroyed. A creature damaged by this seed must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is stunned until the end of your next turn. On a success, a a creature's speed is reduced to 0 until the end of your next turn.
- You can use your bonus action to rub the seed on yourself, destroying it, and thereby casting longstrider on yourself.
- You can throw the seed at the ground below as an action, destroying it and causing it to burst open underneath you. For 1 minute, gain the benefits of the Dash action for free every turn, you ignore difficult terrain, and the distance of your long jump increases by 5 feet.

“Rub a pegasus seed on yourself to move faster than normal. If you hit an enemy with one, though, the enemy will stop in its tracks.”
