Form Spear. As a bonus action, the chilfos can create a spear or javelin made out of dense ice, which on a hit deals an extra 3 (1d6) cold damage (included in the attack). This weapon is destroyed if it takes fire or bludgeoning damage, the chilfos dies, or its wielder rolls a natural 1 on any attack roll with it.

Actions

Icy Spear. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d6 + 1) piercing damage, or 5 (1d8 + 1) piercing damage if used in two hands to make a melee attack, plus 3 (1d6) cold damage.

A chilfos appears as a roughly humanoid shape about 9 feet in height, with a form so skinny and frail it resembles a skeleton. As it is comprised almost entirely of ice, the creature melts easily, and shatters like glass when struck forcefully. As their name implies, fragile chilfos are smaller, weaker, and even more frail than their more renowned counterparts. This form may result if the chilfos has partially melted or is formed with too many impurities in its icy body.
Elemental Nature. The chilfos doesn't require food, water, or sleep.
