Frenzy (technique)

Frenzy (technique) is a fighting style. While you have this style, you gain these benefits:
     On your turn, you can use a bonus action to enter a frenzied state of fury—a rage. While raging, you gain the following benefits:

• You have advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
• When you hit with a melee weapon attack using Strength, you add a d4 bonus die to the damage roll.
• You have resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from nonmagical weapon attacks.

You can't maintain concentration while raging. Your rage ends once you have been knocked unconscious or 1 minute has passed. Once your rage ends, you can't rage again until you finish a long rest.
