A stalhorse is the animated skeleton of a horse. Its eyes have been replaced with glowing orbs capable of seeing in darkness. More often than not, stalhorses are only seen when rode by some form of stalfos. Unlike many stal-creatures, a stalhorse usually does not outwardly attack living creatures, but instead more often flees from them. There are legends of adventurers finding and taming these beasts at night, only for them to crumble into dust at dawn.
Undead Nature. The stalhorse does not require air, food, water, or sleep.
Environment: Arctic, Grassland
