Your body flashes with the blinding brilliance of starlight. Any creatures of your choice within 20 feet of you that can see must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a target takes 4d6 radiant damage and is blinded for the duration. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and isn't blinded.
For the duration, you emit bright light out to a radius of 30 feet and dim light for another 30 feet.
Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it. For every extra point, increase the damage by 1d6.
