Your body glows with the blinding brilliance of starlight. For the duration, every hostile creature that starts its turn within 10 feet of you or enters this radius on its turn must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a target takes 2d6 radiant damage and is blinded until the start of its next turn. Any creature that is unable to see (is already blinded) or has resistance to radiant damage automatically succeeds on this saving throw.
For the duration, you emit bright light out to a radius of 30 feet and dim light for another 30 feet.
Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it. For every extra point, increase the damage by 1d6.
