This bright blue garment is said to be worn by the heroes who will prevent cataclysm. This fabric can be worn as a traveler's tunic, as a tunic to wear over other armor, as a scarf, as a shawl, or as another form of clothing. While wearing it, you have advantage on all Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution saving throws. Additionally, you have an extra +3 bonus to your Armor Class while wearing it. This bonus cannot increase AC above 25, before adding cover or a shield bonus.
