When you first gain this technique, choose one spell from dark dive, flame choke, Ganon's fist, and wizzkick. You can cast the chosen spell as an action by using the stamina points for this technique in place of magic points, and by using Strength as your spellcasting ability. You cannot overpower the spell when you cast it in this way.
