This magic mask is a mess of black webbing that when worn feels like it makes your eyes difficult to close. They say it somehow originates from a torture device of insomnia.
While wearing it, you cannot be rendered unconscious except by dropping to 0 heart points, and you have no need to sleep. You can gain the benefits of a long rest while wearing the mask throughout to stay awake.
