You feel a peaceful respite when you touch the heart-shaped ruby that sits at the center of this white medal. If you finish a long rest while wearing this medal throughout, your heart point maximum increases by 4 until you next finish a long rest. (No combination of effects can increase your heart point maximum to be higher than 25 per level.)
