Frenzy (technique) is a fighting style. While you have this style, you gain these benefits:
On your turn, you can use a bonus action to enter a frenzied state of fury—a rage. You can't rage if your body is magically transformed. While raging, you gain the following benefits:
- You have advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
- When you hit with a melee weapon attack using Strength, you add a d4 bonus die to the damage roll. You don't gain this benefit for any attack made as part of a bonus action.
