A knight's shield is both expertly forged and blessed with a small amount of magic. The most respected of knights from Hyrule Castle wield shields like these. When you wield this shield proficiently, you gain a +1 bonus to your Armor Class in addition to the shield's normal addition to AC. This bonus cannot increase AC above 25, before adding cover or a shield bonus.
