Wondrous item (seed), rare minor

This magic seed is a pale blue color, and has a shape reminiscent of a cyclone. It contains mystical power that can be released in one of three ways, causing different effects:
  • You can use the seed as ammunition for a blowgun or slingshot. This seed is destroyed when it damages a creature. A creatured damaged by this seed must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be immediately propelled 100 feet upward, and will fall if it can't fly or otherwise slow its descent. A creature of Large size or larger has advantage on this save.
  • You can use your bonus action to crush this seed, destroying it. Doing so causes a vortex of wind to shoot you directly upward 100 feet. If you encounter any obstacle, you stop, take 2d6 bludgeoning damage, and fall.
  • You can throw the seed at the ground below as an action, destroying it and causing it to burst open underneath you. You and any willing creatures of your choice within 10 feet of you are teleported to a teleportation circle (as the spell) of your choice. If you know no appropriate sigil, or decline to choose one, your group is teleported to the last location where you finished a long rest if that location is still available to you through nonmagical means. If you can't teleport with either of these methods, there is no effect, and the seed isn't destroyed.
