Wondrous item, uncommon major

This magic construction of wood and cloth is normally a meter-wide parachute, but it can quickly fold down to be small enough to fit in your pocket. You can draw or stow your paraglider as an interaction or reaction.
While drawn and held with both hands, the paraglider can be used to glide. You have a fly speed of 40 feet, but you cannot use this speed to ascend, and you still fall 10 feet at the end of each of your turns.
