Wondrous item, rare major
You feel a strange tingling sensation when you touch the amethyst accents on this golden medallion. You gain this medal's effects if you finish a long rest while wearing it, and the effects last until you next finish a long rest.
Potent Potions. If a potion causes you to regain heart points or stamina points, add your proficiency bonus to the points regained.
Longer Potions. Whenever you drink a potion with a duration, that duration increases to 1 hour. If the potion already has a duration of 1 hour or more, its duration is doubled (to a maximum of 24 hours).
