Wondrous item, uncommon major

When you touch the heart-shaped ruby at the center of this golden medallion, you feel a momentary invigoration. When you finish a long rest while wearing this medal, you gain extra Heart Container, a d8, which you can use during a short rest or for other effects which use Heart Containers. This extra Heart Container persists until you next finish a long rest.
