Frenzy (technique) is a fighting style. While you have this style, you gain these benefits:
On your turn, you can use a bonus action to enter a frenzy—a state of absolute focus or enraged fury, depending on your character's personality. You can't enter a frenzy if your body is magically transformed. While frenzied, you gain the following benefits:
- You have advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
- When you hit with a melee weapon attack using Strength, add a d4 bonus die to the damage roll. If you damage a creature with this weapon attack, then until the start of your next turn you have resistance to all nonmagical damage dealt to you by that creature.
