source Wondrous item (seed), rare minor This magic seed is of a pale green or blue color, and has a shape reminiscent of a feathered wing. It contains mystical power that can be released in one of three ways, causing different effects. You can use the seed as ammunition for a blowgun or slingshot. When it damages a creature, the seed is destroyed. A creature damaged by this seed must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is stunned until the end of your next turn. On a success, a a creature's speed is reduced to 0 until the end of your next turn. You can use your bonus action to rub the seed on yourself, destroying it, and thereby casting longstrider on yourself. You can throw the seed at the ground below as an action, destroying it and causing it to burst open underneath you. For 1 minute, gain the benefits of the Dash action for free every turn, you ignore difficult terrain, and the distance of your long jump increases by 5 feet.
