Armor (traveler's tunic), rare major

This magic traveler's tunic originates from rito tribes in the frigid, mountainous Hebra Province. While wearing it, you have resistance to cold damage, and can endure high altitudes without difficulty.
Because the snowquill tunic is so lightweight, you can wear it under or over one more set of armor to still gain its benefits without using its AC.
