Frenzy (technique) is a fighting style. While you have this style, you gain these benefits:
     On your turn, you can use a bonus action to enter a frenzied state of fury—a rage. You can't rage if your body is magically transformed. While raging, you gain the following benefits:

You can't cast spells or maintain concentration while raging. Your rage ends once you have been knocked unconscious or 1 minute has passed. Once your rage ends, you can't rage again until you finish a long rest.
