Frenzy (technique) is a fighting style. While you have this style, you gain these benefits:
On your turn, you can use a bonus action to enter a frenzy—a state of absolute focus or enraged fury, depending on your character's personality. You can't enter a frenzy if your body is magically transformed. While frenzied, you gain the following benefits:

  • You have advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
  • When you hit with a melee weapon attack using Strength, add a d4 bonus die to the damage roll. (If different features add bonus dice to your damage roll, they don't combine. Add only the highest.) If you damage a creature with this weapon attack, then until the start of your next turn you have resistance to all nonmagical damage dealt to you by that creature.
You can't cast spells or maintain concentration while frenzied. Your frenzy ends once you have been knocked unconscious or once 1 minute has passed. Once your frenzy ends, you can't start another one until you finish a long rest.
