Ambusher. The ghini has advantage on attack rolls targeting any creature that has yet to have a turn in this combat.

Incorporeal Movement. The ghini can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.

Motionless Invisibility. If the ghini ends its turn without moving, it becomes invisible until the start of its next turn.

Actions

Ghastly Touch. Melee Spell Attack: +4 to hit, reach 50 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d8 + 2) necrotic damage.

Magic Drain. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 1 necrotic damage, the target loses magic points equal to the damage taken, and the target is grappled (escape DC 12). If the target has no magic points, it instead loses an equal number of stamina points if it has any. For each magic or stamina point lost, the ghini regains 9 (2d8) heart points. While the target is grappled, the ghini cannot use its magic drain on another target.

“A ghini is a semitransparent, one-eyed ghost that lives in spookier places like crypts and graveyards. Some appear when Link disturbs or moves a grave.”
Encyclopedia

A ghini is a spherical, stark-white ghost with a huge cyclopean eye and a tongue too big to fit in its mouth. It is unknown what forces give rise to a ghini, but they are most often found in graveyards, crypts, and other areas of mass dead, leading most researchers to believe they are an incarnation of the dead themselves. The necrotic energy that courses through them is so potent their mere touch will damage living creatures.
Merely Guardians. Unlike more malicious undead like stalfos and poes, most ghinis seem content to float about without any overtly evil intentions. Some have even been known to strike up innocent conversations with the living. However, many of them seem to be defending either areas of dead or individual gravesites. If you disturb a grave site with greedy or malicious intent, you can fully expect a ghini to rise from the earth to repel you. While most victims of ghini attacks are simply withered with a necrotic touch, those who've been held down and licked by a ghini have reported strange and disturbing side-effects.
