Dive Attack. If the vulture is flying and dives at least 30 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with a melee weapon attack, the attack deals an extra 3 (1d6) damage to the target.

Flyby. While it is flying, the vulture's movement doesn't provoke reactions.

Keen Sight and Smell. The vulture has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight or smell.

Pack Tactics. The vulture has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the vulture's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Actions

Multiattack. The vulture makes one attack with its beak and one with its claws.

Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d8 + 1) piercing damage.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (2d6 + 1) piercing damage.

This black-feathered bird of prey is known to swoop with lethal claws upon anyone who wanders too deep into the desert. When one strikes prey, more are sure to gang up. An entire pack of these vultures can turn a traveler into naught but bone in as little as a minute.
This variety is sometimes called Gerudo vulture to distinguish it from the relatively docile lesser vulture.
