Shield (iron), rare major This magic iron shield was issued to the Hyrulean royal family's immediate guard detail. When you wield this shield proficiently, you gain a +2 bonus to your Armor Class in addition to the shield's normal addition to AC. This bonus cannot increase AC above 27.
