3-point evocation (ritual)
Casting time:  1 action
Range:  60 feet
Components:  V, S
Duration:  10 minutes

Choose a stationary point in range, an object you are holding, or an unattended object of Small size or smaller. Daylight exudes from the chosen point or object, spreading bright light out to a radius of 60 feet, and dim light for an additional 60 feet. Completely covering the point or object with an opaque object blocks the light.
     If this light overlaps with an area of darkness created by a spell of points equal to or less than the points you expended on this spell, the spell that created the darkness is dispelled.
     Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it.  If you expend at least four points the duration increases to 1 hour, and increases by 1 hour for each point after four.
2nd-level evocation (ritual)
Casting time:  1 action
Range:  60 feet

Duration:  10 minutes

     If this light overlaps with an area of darkness created by a spell of a level equal to or lower than the spell slot level you used for this spell, the spell that created the darkness is dispelled.
     At Higher Levels. If you cast this spell using a spell slot of at least 3rd level, the duration increases to 1 hour. For every spell slot level above 3rd, the duration increases by 1 hour.
