2-point evocation
Casting time:  1 action
Range:  150 feet
Components:  V, S
Duration:  Instantaneous

Three bolts of electricity dart towards up to three creatures in range you can see. Make a ranged spell attack for each bolt. The bolts can be directed at one target or several. For each hit, a target takes 1d6 lightning damage and it loses 5 cumulative feet of movement during its next turn. You can wait to see how one bolt's attack and damage rolls resolve before you decide the target of the next bolt.
Upcast. You can upcast this spell by expending extra magic points when you cast it.  For every extra point, add one more bolt with its own attack and damage roll, and optionally its own target.
