Damage resistance to one damage type from acid, force, lightning, necrotic, psychic, radiant, and thunder—all damage types other than BSP, poison, fire, and cold.
It is rare to even encounter a monster which can deal this damage type and there might be no creature in a Hyrulean campaign that relies on dealing of this damage type. Still, it could be the deciding factor of combat in that rare instance so this trait still has significant value.
Notably gimped by not combining with armor/spells/features that provide resistance (which a high-level party will likely have at the ready anyway).
D&D does a relatively bad job of implying or judging how useful damage resistance actually is. A dragonborn has this as half their race features while more recent races have it and far more. Spells and magic items which provide it are oddly spread out across levels and rarities. Yet despite it all poison resistance (the most valuable other than BSP by metrics) is cheap, with spells like protection from poison (2nd level) being a league more powerful and lasting than protection from energy (3rd level) for far less of a cost.
Almost objectively less useful than a 1 hp/level increase (which is 6 in D&D but probably more like 8 in LoH).
